A Boeing jet has scattered particles over a residential space close to Denver after one in every of its engines failed on take-off.
The Boeing 777, with 231 passengers and 10 crew on board, was capable of return safely and land at Denver Worldwide Airport. No accidents have been reported.
Passengers on board described a “massive explosion” shortly after take-off.
One passenger, Chad Schnell, filmed this footage of the aircraft engine in flames from his seat.
